Event location

All of the events will be held at the same location, Aria Resort and Spa, on 9th and 10th May, 2025.

Accomodation

For guests coming from out of town, we have arranged accomodation at the venue itself. Please reach out to the hosts if you need any assistance. Here is the Check-in and Check-out time:

Travel from Bangalore

Via Direct Flight

You can book the following flights while travelling from Bangalore(direct booking link):

After the flight to Mumbai, you can take a cab to Nashik. The distance between Mumbai and Nashik is around 170 km and it takes around 3-4 hours to reach Nashik from Mumbai. You can use Uber or Ola outstaion services for the same. If you are travelling in a group, you can also book a cab from from a local cab operator at the Mumbai Airport.

Travel from Delhi

Via Train (recommended)

For guests travelling from Delhi, we recommend travelling via 22222 Mumbai CSMT Rajdhani Express. The train departs from Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station at 4:55 PM on 8th May, 2025, and reaches Nashik Road Railway Station at 08:08 AM on 09th May, 2025, the day of the event.

Pick-up facility from Nashik Road Railway Station

For guests travelling via this particular train, we will arrange for a pick-up from the Nashik Road Railway Station to the venue.

Guests can return via 22221 Mumbai CSMT Rajdhani Express which departs from Nashik Road Railway Station at 06:19 PM on 10th May, 2025 and reaches Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station at 09:55 AM on 11th May, 2025.

Via Flight

For guests travelling from Delhi, we recommend taking the following flights(direct booking link):

We recommend taking the return flight on 11th May, 2025 because the only direct flight to Delhi flies in the morning which conflicts with the event time.

Arrangements post checkout

Since this flight is post the checkout time of the venue, please let the hosts know if you are choosing this option to make sure we can make arrangements for overnight stay in Nashik accordingly

Travel from Jaipur

There are no direct flights from Jaipur to Nashik. Nor are there direct trains. We recommend reaching Delhi first and then choosing from the options mentioned above. Here is how you can reach Delhi from Jaipur:

Travel to Delhi via Flight

You can choose the following flights to reach Delhi, then take the flight from Delhi to Nashik as mentioned above, and then while returning, take the flight to Delhi from Nashik as mentioned above, and then take this flight back to Jaipur. Here is how your iternary will look like(direct link):

Guests can return via 12167 - Mumbai LTT - Varanasi Super Fast Express which departs from Nashik Road Railway Station at 02:10 AM on 11th May, 2025 and reaches Varanasi Junction at 01:25 AM on 12th May, 2025.

Via Flight
